· Enhance and expand all previous developments for businesses and economic opportunities

· Create safer neighborhoods for all to live, work and play

· Focus to expand parks and recreational programs

· Improve neighborhood stabilization and beautification

· Create safe environments for seniors to live and play

·  Work with the businesses in the community to create job training and employment opportunities

· Work with the community to clean up vacant homes and land around ward 5 neighborhoods

· Work closely with the senior citizens in ward 5 to assure all resources are available
